• For custom designs, the release form is included automatically—no need to add it separately.

If you’re purchasing a premade design, don’t forget to add the Tattoo Release Form to your cart to complete your order.

All other artwork is strictly not permitted for resale, reuse, or to be claimed as your own.

Please note:
Linework purchased without a Tattoo Release Form may not be used as a tattoo design. The release form grants the necessary permission for tattoo application and must be included with your purchase unless stated otherwise.
